HSE Policy Statement

The management considers workplace safety and health to be of the utmost importance. The goal of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy is therefore to work together with our own employees,
freelancers, trainers, and management to create the best possible work environment, in which absenteeism due to illness and work-related disability are kept to a minimum.

To put this policy into practice, it has been formulated as follows:

  • We will comply with at least the legal requirements under occupational health and safety legislation.
  • The safety, health, and well-being of employees and third parties during work will be promoted as much as possible to prevent personal injury.
  • Efforts will be made to prevent material damage caused by soil, water, and air pollution and to reduce the amount of waste.
  • Employees will be involved as much as possible in the decision-making process and in the measures needed to continuously improve working conditions.
  • The action plan accompanying the risk assessment and evaluation will set out the priorities for business operations.
  • Striving for continuous improvement in the area of health, safety, and the environment. Ensuring safety, health, environmental protection, and well-being in the workplace is a shared responsibility of the employer and the employee.

Everyone is therefore expected to choose and follow safe work practices and to take an active interest in the safety, health, environment, and well-being of their colleagues.

On behalf of the management,
