Trainer

As a Trainer, you are the friendly face of our training center at ITYM. You are
responsible for the entire training process, from preparation and gathering information
to delivering training sessions, managing the environment, and handling related tasks. You enjoy
giving candidates and colleagues a warm welcome and helping them whenever needed. Ultimately,
you are responsible for providing our candidates, colleagues, and partners with professional and
informative service.

Your responsibilities include the following

• You ensure a clean and professional work environment
• You ensure timely and accurate information and training sessions
• You can resolve and answer specific questions and complaints
• Provide educational training
• Ensure the correct and timely delivery of training sessions
• Take responsibility for preparing training sessions
• Stay up-to-date with new developments regarding Microsoft applications and ITIL

• Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft application suite

• Approaching customers
• Maintaining contact with existing customers
