Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Microsoft 365 feature that allows users to reset their own passwords—without needing IT assistance. Through a secure online environment, you can verify your identity and set a new password anytime, anywhere.

Don't panic. Click "Forgot your password?" on the Microsoft 365 sign-in screen. -
Verify your identity at
Answer your security questions, receive a text message or email, or use an authentication app. -
